During our family trip, we stayed for 3 nights and loved the spacious King Room. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of healthy Korean options and fresh fruits that our kids devoured. The location was incredibly convenient, only a short stroll to the Yangjae subway station, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions like Yangjae Citizens' Park and the National Gugak Center. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely return.

great location,, but breakfast needs improvement
The location is truly remarkable, with easy access to the metro and bus systems that made exploring the area seamless. The staff members impressed me with their friendliness and attentiveness, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The laundry facility was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, and I appreciated the availability of detergent and softener for a small fee. Additionally, I enjoyed the great variety of dining options nearby, enhancing my overall experience.
Breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

amazing, amazing, amazing
My stay for 6 nights in the Queen Family Room was nothing short of spectacular! The spacious room came with a fabulous daily replenishment of quality toiletries, which felt like a touch of luxury. Plus, the breakfast offered an incredible variety, blending Western and Asian options that delighted my palate every morning!

The pricing for room service was shocking, especially for a single Bento box at 55000 won. Misleading details about breakfast inclusion for children and frustration with the limited pool hours added to the disappointment. The cleaning service left much to be desired. I encountered uncleaned areas and insufficient toiletries for my family.

Yangjae subway station. The staff were incredibly professional, and my room was comfortable. However, I did encounter some minor noise disturbances due to late-night traffic, which affected my sleep quality a bit.

We enjoyed the central location, making it easy to hop on the metro and explore Seoul. The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, providing a perfect escape after our busy days. Our room had a fabulous view, enhancing the whole experience.
In my wife’s opinion, some amenities could be more kid-friendly.

Conveniently located near Yangsae station, the stay featured spacious accommodations with helpful, friendly staff who prioritized guest comfort. Daily replenishment of quality toiletries added a nice touch. While the breakfast had a delightful variety, including toasted sandwiches, some common amenities felt slightly dated. The bustling atmosphere made it ideal for short stays, but the need for a bit more upkeep was noticeable.

Our group had an awesome time! The location is perfect, close to COEX Mall and Bongeunsa Temple. Staff were super friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast had a decent variety. adding more fruit would be great though! Overall, a fantastic spot for friends looking to explore!
One downside was the lack of public areas to work quietly. It made it a bit tricky when we wanted to catch up on some planning for our trip.
